To make a reservation, first review our Room Types and Amenities, and decide which room best meets your needs. Then go to our Online Reservations Page to make your reservation, where you will be able to select your arrival and departure dates and your preferred room type, reserve your room, and receive a confirmation via e mail.

You may also make reservations by calling our 24 hour toll free Reservation Hot Line at 1.800.523.7704. Our staff will be happy to take your reservation and assist you with any questions or information that you might need about the Pagosa Lodge or the Pagosa Springs area.

We have a wide variety of rooms, including Non-Smoking, Deluxe Suites and Handicapped Rooms. Families are our specialty.

Pet Policy:
We accept small dogs only: Miniature breeds under 35 lbs. We require a $75.00 non-refundable fee for small dogs due at check in.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, please be sure to inform us of any changes in your plans.

Rate Information:
We accept AAA, AARP cards.
Group Rates are available through the Sales and Marketing Department, by special arrangement and with a contract, deposit and applicable attrition clauses. See Conference Facilities, Meeting Rooms, Weddings, and Reunions Pages on this web site. Please call our Sales and Marketing Department for assistance in planning your group event.

Travel Agent Commissions: 10% off rack rate, payable upon receipt of invoice subsequent to departure of guest.
